Taking a construction job away from a citizen
Wasting taxpayer time and money with ihis “annual report”
Good riddance...
These sob stories are just getting more convoluted and ridiculous. Bleats of “he’s done nothing wrong - he was in ‘good standing’ blah, blah, blah” abound.
His mom failed to renew his papers when she brought him here at 15. He was later ordered to leave the country some time later and then became an “immigration fugitive.”
Caught (again) he was given time to put his affairs in order and continued about his merry way, but doing nothing but leeching off this country. So, finally brought to account he is being deported - for being an illegal and for committing more than just entering into this country illegally.
“Taking a construction job away from a citizen”
Absolutely, something that the media NEVER EVER mentions!!!
“Taking a construction job away from a citizen” implies that there was a US citizen working that got fired and replaced by this guy. As someone who has been in construction for forty years, I can tell you that is not true. Our nation has a skilled labor shortage as it is, and if you remove immigrant construction workers from the labor pool you will see a market collapse and skyrocketing prices in housing and many other sectors of the economy. This notion that there are plenty of Americans who are willing to take these jobs if only they were paid enough is a myth. Many of these jobs pay $60,000 to $100,000 a year and companies can’t find any applicants that can pass the background checks and drug tests that they require. Our country lacks willing workers, but our cup overflows with young Americans who can’t pass a drug test or a criminal background check.
If this guy was checking in like he was ordered to, we are focusing on the wrong “criminals”. When we have violent felon illegals committing crimes and we spend our attention deporting guys who self report to a required meeting, we will start losing public support for Trump’s policies.
