Yesterday Democrat Senator Schumer announced Republicans would turn on Trump in 6 months.

A day later Washington Post columnist George Will says almost exactly the same thing.

Is this just a coincidence?

Or are they plotting to get Republicans to sabotage the Trump presidency?

Why? Trump’s campaign promises are all conservative.

This shows where Will really stands.

How many times can he continue to be wrong? He is putting himself out to irrelevancy.

Your last question answered your question. The plot to overthrow and replace him has already begun. A soft or running coup is being conducted against him at this point in time. That is the reason for the continual carping on ,”The Russians hacked _________”, The Russians helped Trump”, The Russians stole the election from Hillary”, “The FBI prevented Hillary from winning” , and others to the same effect. The purpose of these statements and attacks is to delegitmize President Trump and demoralize President Trump's cadre. This is also the reason for the vicious attack on Trump's inner circle. Pay close attention to whom are attacked and whom are not attacked within his inner circle. Already one traitor, or as the media says, leaker, I prefer traitor has been exposed theough noting will be done to her. I believe that she is the daughter of a "friend" of Rence Prebis and according to what I read, a Never Trumper all along. That was onlyone. How many more of them already out there, installed by the Republican Establishment that are stabbing President Trump in the back and are undermining him minute by minute. If President does not get this under control immediately, his last words will be the English version of,"E tu Brutus".

George Will is one of those people who can bring a lot of life and energy into a room simply by walking out of it.

Republicans may turn on Trump, but conservatives won't. Trump's victory has demonstrated that George Will's brand of "conservative" politics was a dead-end loser for most conservative Americans.

Any Republican that follows George Will off the conservative plantation does so at his or her own peril.

The High Priests of Conservative Orthodoxy have always been against Trump. May they all rot in hell.

Sure thing, Chuckie Georgie.

Heard similar as early as July 2015 and EVERY month thereafter.

No path to 1,237 delegates. But he got over 1,700 on the first convention ballot.

No path to 270 electoral votes. But he got 304 and 2 defectors.

If George Will were a Conservative, he might bear listening to - as it is, he’s now Schumer’s echo.....

When Reagan was POTUS, George said the the American people are undertaxed on one of the Sunday morning talk shows I used to watch.

He is an intellectually dishonest pseudo-intellectual.

I think there’s a pretty good chance that George “Democuckboy” Will is senile.

“These are the true blue conservatives. And I think you’ll find that at that point, conservatism begins to rediscover itself.”

I am a true blue conservative who has never ever needed to rediscover myself. No, we have all discovered just exactly what George Will is.

George Will. Isn’t he the doofus that tried to be a sports commentator but sucked. Then he became a political commentator and, guess what, he sucked at that too!

What will be his next position, right hand to Darth Soros? Bet he will suck at that as well!

This is another case of a pundit “predicting” what he hopes will happen.

Trump’s efforts to keep his campaign promises have well exceeded what I actually expected.

IMO, it is probable that the responsibility for promises he is unable to fulfill will be *all* the fault of the worthless and semi worthless Republicans in congress.

When hell freezes... George doesn’t know why we love Trump and he can’t make that kind of statement..on what he does not know. None of them understand any of this... They could if they wanted to.. but it’s beyond their brain waves.

If the whole of congress turned conservative, I’d not trust them .... I can’t imagine a way Trump could lose this voter... what there are left in Washington are not worth a dime... they have no honor and no way of getting back any respectability in the next generation. It takes a LONG time to gain trust.. and they don’t have that kind of time.. Term Limits!!

Won’t work! Conservatives are hardening their stance around Donald Trump more every day as he is fulfilling his campaign promises. He is a man of honor unlike Schumer who will change with the political wind.

Stop back this summer and see if conservatives have turned on him. George Will is becoming a leftover journalist who is now grasping at straws trying to regain his status. He too will be disappointed this summer. Right now, those who voted for Trump are sitting, watching the democrats scramble to gain some standing that they lost on election night. They are not doing too well, are they?

Trump is an iron-willed man who, ignoring them, will just keep plodding along with his own agenda. By summer, the protests will quiet. The democrats will settle down and try to reassemble the party. Just one suggestion, try putting together a platform without abortion, homosexuality, transgenderism. and any other immoral stances.
