Tuesday on MSNBC’s “The Last Word,” Washington Post columnist George Will discussed his departure from the Republican Party and the decision by Fox News not to renew his contract as a network contributor.
Will suggested some of it was attributable to his refusal to support event President Donald Trump while he was a candidate. But later in that segment, he predicted some Republicans would change their opinions on Trump once he starts putting his policies forward.

No George. It’s because you have become an arrogant putz.
I used to read his columns religiously, when I read newspapers. I used to turn up the volume with Mark Levin when he spoke on Hannity. I even bought a Glenn Beck book, and listened to him, when he was on Fox. I thought Bush family for the most part had America’s best interest at heart, and were truly conservatives.
Rush is talking today very clear on how Trump has brought all these people and liberals into the open where we can now debate them.
I have a question. How is it that Fox does not renew George Will’s contract, or Megyn Kelly, but keeps people like Shepherd Smith on the air?
Never say never. You need to correct the spelling of ‘upper cbrust.’

I turned on Geo. Will years ago ,,,, that is I have tuned him out completely . He is an elitist IMO .

Trump is remaking the Republican Party. People like Will are terrified to admit it, because it means their time is over. Their big paychecks will wither up and they will be irrelevant. But he’s about to retire and/or die anyway.
