The Republican chairman of the House Oversight Committee is pushing the Department of Justice to slap criminal charges on an aide who helped maintain Hillary Clinton’s private email system.
Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) sent a letter this week to the newly sworn in attorney general Jeff Sessions, demanding that Bryan Pagliano be brought “before a grand jury” or be charged.
Pagliano, a former State Department senior advisor during Clinton’s tenure there, ignored multiple subpoeanas calling on him to testify before the House Oversight Committee.

If I remember correctly, he got an immunity deal if he spilled on her, than changed his mind and got away scott free.
So prosecuting him now might get him to reconsider the original immunity deal and spill on her like he was supposed to.
No backing away from Hillary until she is in jail or we have no justice..anyone knows her server was illegal..anyone with a reasoning brain..if we give in to the political left the country is lost..time to pull out the stops and frankly tell them sorry your brain is infested with bs but we no longer care, we know you are lying destructive islam loving perv backers..so now we need to exercise oversight on your attempts to deceive the people..
So, now Cummings is interested in oversight of the President. It was all just politics when it was oversight of the pResident.
I consider the immunity deals in this case to be part of a conspiracy to obstruct justice, and not to have lawful effect.
I totally agree and think going after him is a great idea. It might shake some cobwebs loose on other people too when they see a successful take down.
You usually have to start with the small wheels before you can get the one in charge.

It doesn’t get any more spiny than Chaffetz.. you sound as if you are just personally attacking him.. watch him in one committee. . He is right out there at the throat. Unfortunately, a Senate comitee is bound by laws and precedent as to what they can actually do. Or do you propose a lawless lynch squad. Nope drag these ppl before the comittee.. they cant be treasonous if their spare time is sitting in front of the Benghazi bulldogs. Jason Chaffetz has pursued more Clinton illegal activities than her pal and friend Donald Trump. Talk about grow a set.. co.e on.. leaving the Clintoons without even the prospect of criminal charges.. yeah, that sounds much more like a person with a spine .. not.
She is out making her millions after criminal activity because she and Donald are friends. Different laws for them than for us, Snowden or anyone else.
It wasn't a true immunity deal - the current folks said they would not prosecute - doesn't preclude others going after him.

the process is known as squeezing the underlings. Pagliano is just the first. To develop an airtight case, all the minions must be squeezed till they squeal on each other and then Hillary.
I won’t be happy until Hillary is getting conjugal visits from Huma in prison, where they will both be.
If I were the Trump administration, I’d go full steam ahead with all the Hillary investigations....time to go on OFFENSE.....

Let's be careful attributing her email practices to "sloppiness." She plans to use that as a very compelling legal defense. "Sloppiness" does not cut it:

The Clintons were paranoid when Pagliano was called to testify.
Pagliano musta been in fear for his life.
To placate the Clintons and to “avoid testifying,” he took the 5th 125 times.
