According to Townhall’s and frequent Fox News contributor Guy Benson, controversial Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos has been disinvited from speaking at the upcoming Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in DC, a report that was quickly confirmed by the ACU Chair.

Yiannopoulos’ initial invitation drew criticism, especially after a questionable clip emerged on social media revealing the Breitbart editor appearing to at least “advocate” for pedophilia. The clip, which was first put online by The Reagan Battalion, quickly made the rounds Sunday; Yiannopoulos says in the video:

No, he did not say child molestation was good.
He said”
“older men help those young boys discover who they are and give them security and safety and provide them with love and a reliable, sort of rock...”
Milo said “In the homosexual world, particularly, some of those relationships between younger boys and older men — the sort of ‘coming of age’ relationship — those relationships in which those older men help those young boys discover who they are and give them security and safety and provide them with love and a reliable, sort of rock, where they can’t speak to their parents.”
Ouch.
He mentions 13 year olds in the clip. Not cool.

What was edited out was his agreement with age if consent laws for sexual relationships.
I still suffer the “yuck” factor when I listen to those clips however.
I am sick to death of the immediate jump to disinvite a guest before ever talking to him, reviewing the problem video & finding out what the person has actually said in the past. Apparently Milo has spoken out quite strongly against pedophilia. CPAC, & every other group who pulls this nonsense on an invited guest, should be given the same treatment: have their paying customers cancel on them.
I don’;t think Cpac would dis-invite him over some unsubstantiated rumor- I could be wrong- but it’s very likely they had their people look into the issue and found it disturbing enough to dis-invite him- like you say- the video is damning enough on it’s own- but now we’re seeing accusation that the video was ‘edited’ by those that support him and by milo himself evidently-

I heard the show in question live and don’t see any evidence of editing. He also talked about how he thought disabled people were annoying.

I haven’t heard/seen the clip. I do know how easy it is to manipulate video.
Has this guy ever had a public display of gay affection? I mean I know he says he is gay and gets really graphic about describing his gayness, but has he ever shown his gayness? Not that I would want to see it, but holy heck he seems to have all the motive in the world to say he is really gay whether he really is or isn’t.

Milo is right, and this is a huge issue for me. Young teen kids, either gay boys or all girls, who are left unsupervised as they come into their sexuality, become prey to unscrupulous adults. The gay community needs to really speak out on this more, but I suspect they don’t because (maybe like Milo) many of them were introduced to sex by a “kindly” older gay man.
On FR, the men hoot and chortle over a teen boy being sexually abused by an older, hot teacher, but straight guys don’t get abused by adults as much (except for some who do get abused by gay men). Gay boys and straight girls are easier to convince that the relationship with a Svengali type of adult is “love.” And some end up as prostitutes or worse.
Milo is being honest. This happens to many young teen kids. He should not be disinvited for telling the truth about older pedophilia and how teens don’t understand that these adults are wrong.
most of the time folks like Milo are arrested developmentally at the time of their abuse. and they seek the same stuff out, pretty sick.
