ALL illegal aliens are subject to deportation.
ALL illegal aliens MUST break laws to remain here illegally.
Even if they have not been caught and convicted, that is no reason not to deport them.
Why should we wait until they harm or kill Americans before we deport them?
Enforce the laws unapologetically.
Deport every illegal alien we can find.
When they get the message they will be deported and that will result in a 10 year ban from legal entry, many will decide to go home and apply for proper entry as they should have to start with.

Japan:
I had an Aussia buddy, his visa was going to expire, so he was going to return home.
He was cutting it close, his flight would leave and the next day his visa would be no more.
Train delays, blah, blah, blah, he MISSES his flight..!
Gets a flight the next day, hey it’s just a couple of hours over, so no problem, right..?
NOPE..!
He was an illegal for mere HOURS at the check-in counter, but lo and behold, WHO shows up..?
The cops, yeah, there were called per protocol when the airline people saw the discrepancy.
And ya know what..?
He went to jail. For over two weeks.
AND HE WAS **DEPORTED**.
For a discrepancy of HOURS, with ZERO intent.
