It isn’t just that Donald Trump routinely thumbs his nose at the establishment, insults media figures he sees as unfair and bucks conventional wisdom.
It is that President-elect Trump is defying the will of the deep state, military industrial complex base of ultimate power in the United States. That is why he is treading dangerous waters, and risks the fate of JFK.
Trump publicly dissed the intelligence community assessments on Russian hacking; they retaliated with a made up dossier about the alleged Trump-Putin ‘golden shower’ episode.

The country is unstable now and we —all of us— need to see that The Law Matters:
They really need to bring the hammer down on people who leak, plan to put Butyric Acid into HVAC systems, chain trains, light Berkeley fires....
When the Average Joe sees them do all this with impunity, it sows utter chaos.
Trump needs to re-establish control by dealing with these people in The Very Harshest (legal) Way Imaginable.
That’s a big part of what they do overseas, although it’s supposedly “illegal” now.
If Trump is assassinated, the American people will rise up and not just restore the land, but kill every last one of the tyrants responsible.
Any person who wants to be taken seriously would be advised to avoid sourcing Ron Paul.

Else, America is seen as a Two Track System with one system to little people, another for the powerful.
That is potentially the death of democracy in the US.
Plan A is a slow-motion coup d’état that has a veneer of faux legality. It will have a judge’s approval, it will have bipartisan support in the senate (think McCain and Lindsay Graham) and the loudly trumpeted support of the news, opinion, and entertainment media non-stop around the clock.
It won’t be legal, but it will look legal enough to cow that part of GOP that isn’t actually complicit.
Plan B is uglier, but they won’t hesitate if Plan A doesn’t work. We’re talking very ugly people here. Trump isn’t owned by these people and that makes him kryptonite to them.
Trump only beats these people by engaging them openly and somewhat brutally, exposing them, mocking them, prosecuting them when necessary. Any normal Repub would not be able to withstand the pounding but Trump likes a good fight. That’s why he will probably win this, but only if he is prepared to fight every day for the next 8 years.

I think the President should be watched but I call BS on this stuff.
The CIA has been illegally arming Jihadist terrorists in Libya & Syria, including Al Qaeda-connected groups. Of course they will assassinate the President, if he doesn’t purge them first.
The frequency of this concern is quite disturbing. And I don’t recall this level of attention during the previous Presidencies.
Repetition feeds into expectations and arguably normalizes the concept being repeated — this is not a good thing regarding the topic of this thread, and the MSM quite often entertains the depraved idea.
The MSM is the Country’s greatest threat.
