Former Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano was hospitalized after a near-fatal “accidental overdose” of cancer medication, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
The University of California previously announced that 59-year-old, who has been serving as President, was hospitalized Jan. 18. Citing her privacy, the UC refused to reveal any details about the terrifying event, which occurred at the school’s President’s House in Alameda, CA., and called it a “complication” of her cancer battle.
But a Radar investigation can reveal that Napolitano was unconscious for hours before a staffer discovered her body — and that an accidental overdose of her cancer medications was the culprit.

I can extend my sympathy to those whom I disagree with....I can’t shed a tear for evil people however...
I respect your feelings on the matter.
However for me, the fact that she has cancer does not confer upon her respectability.
Not glad she has it and wouldn’t wish it on her. But her having it doesn’t negate what a harmful person she has been during her public life.
And her medications are working as well as they ever have.

After watching my mother slowly die of pancreatic cancer, I don’t blame her one bit for having an accidental overdose.
She was terrible at Homeland Security, but this is different. I say lay off and let her enjoy her pain meds. Cancer sucks and if that gives a bit of comfort, then so be it. Still hate her at DHS..
Sounds like Janet has been suffering for the last few weeks if not months. I hope she finds greater peace of mind in retirement. Another Atty General had a hard time after her White House tenure was Janet Reno. Retire quickly Janet. Get a replacement who is not afraid to use the police to protect Conservative Speakers and their listeners.
Must be one of those alternative treatments available in CA.

I read on freerepublic that lesbians have a much reduced lifespan. I looked, and there is some research to suggest that.

My guess is she was on a fentanyl patch, started feeling good and had a little more than a sip of wine.
She is lucky(maybe)to be alive.
