I say go for it. FREE tuition based for these poor oppressed souls. Throw in housing, healthcare, food, laptop, smartphone and books too. Maybe a brand new car to get back and forth. Come on all you privileged Wisconsin residents, start writing those checks!

Let us know how it works out. When the time comes, I’ll continue to plan on sending my kids to a school they need to compete to earn a place to be in. If scholarships are not available they will be expected to WORK to pay off whatever loans are taken. They will walk away from college better prepared for life- not because of bullshit claims of privilege,but because they started out expecting NOTHING and having a drive to earn EVERYTHING.

If this were to happen, liberal lawyers and judges would eventually determine that the words “including former inmates” includes every former inmate, no matter what race. Then they would determine that all benefits should apply if a person views himself or herself as “black”, no matter what race is on their birth certificate.
