Have posted this before on Free Republic threads, but I can never forget the then Congressman Schumer on the House Committee investigating the Janet Reno operation that burned women & children alive at Waco, trying to justify that atrocity. While everyone else seemed genuinely distressed by what had happened, the New York Congressman, his beady eyes reminding me of a cornered rat, stood up for Reno's operation.

If the man knows decency or compassion, he does not seem to show such. Is his Senate seat sure? I would love to see Donald Trump, Jr. take him on. It would take a very carefully designed effort, but it could still be pulled off, with the right tactical approach and a carefully thought out ground game--maybe managed by Rudi G.

I was pretty young when the Waco operation was going on. I do remember that it did not go well for Reno.

I believe that Rudy stayed out of the Trump administration to counter Hillary and other NY dems (Mayor/Senator/Governor). I hope I am right. It did not occur to me that Don jr. might be a good choice as well. I think that is why they are going after Ivanka. They are very afraid of her as well.
