All they have to do is drive the white people out. The REAL problem on campus is that other than asians, the “diverse” races are unable to compete academically with the white students. It makes them “feel bad”. They look at the accomplishments of their group and they are insignificant. That makes them feel worse. The only explanation they can come with for their failures is racism, which creates hatred and resentment.
