Actually, they should modify the system such that the money is withheld by the employer per a table, or perhaps a flat tax, whatever. And that’s the end of it. No April 15 madness. No deductions other than those listed on the W-4.
Businesses are already withholding the tax anyway. The ordinary salaried citizen should have no contact with IRS ever. A simplified tax code would require your number of dependents, and done. If there are two wage earners? Who cares. Number of dependents and done. Never address the issue again ever unless the number of dependents changes.
Only if you are in business should you have any dealings with IRS.
At some point those who refuse to pay taxes will be given a choice to pay or do prison time for the felony and get their assets confiscated.

Are those (OFA) organizations WITHHOLDING and paying the appropriate Federal, State and local taxes for their "employees," the protestors?
Are those (OFA) organizations withholding FICA, Medicare and other social taxes for their "employees?"
Are those (OFA) organizations keeping accurate records of employees, hours, expenses?
Are those (OFA) organizations actually making the required payroll deposits to Federal Deposit banks?
And finally, are those (OFA) organizations paying the required Obamacare mandates for over fifty employees?
Are they subject to IRS audits, like any other organization?
Yeah, go ahead. Change your exemptions on your W-4 so the minimum taxes are taken out of your check. And while you’re at it, I hope you enjoy that whopping tax bill that you’re going to have due next April.....
