Thanks a lot.
Hmm, that reminds me, I need to sweep up the casings littering my laundry room floor and garage floor. Brass seems to go everywhere these days.
All of em are lend lease .... give em back damnit !
Except for the Colt; they are worth more as scrap metal than as firearms. Looney Tunes!
I wouldn’t mind the pepperbox on the right for display purposes. The rest are junk. The SAA is a knockoff, look at the cylinder stop grooves. Colt never made stops like that.

Ditto to that - I have one that came from a relative's estate that may become part of a wall-hanging in the mancave.
That article is satirical, right? They can’t possibly believe those pieces actually constitute a “terrifying arsenal.” If the piece seriously reflects current thought in the UK, then they they absolutely deserve to be conquered and bred out of existence by the Moslems. All I see there are sad relics of Britain’s long lost freedom.
ZOMG! Ak-15 ghost guns with .30 cal clips which can be dispersed in 1/2 a second!
I feel so much safer already.
(yes, sarcasm, and yes, its in the UK)(oh, and yes para quoted CA state senator Kevin de Leon D LA)(sorry about all the ())
That pot metal thing that looks like a Colt is the least valuable of them all. It's a non-shooting replica toy. If you tried to fire a real bullet in it, it would explode.
Yes, those narrow slots in the cylinder look wrong.. CO2 pellet pistol, maybe just a cap gun.
The large relic two spaces to the left of the "Colt" is interesting. Looks like the remains of a Deane & Adams or Beaumont - Adams piece from the Victorian era. Mid-1800s. Pity most of the parts are missing.
Ed Kranepool would be proud of your post !
At first glance I thought it was an air pistol but I think you are right.
A replica and not even a good one at that.
Well done.
I swear, Brits have become the pu$$ie$ of the world.
No, it's not even that. Look at this site: https://www.historicalemporium.com/store/001734.php
1873 Colt Peacemaker Pistol Replica - Gray $90.95Carry the six-gun that won the west! The Model 1873 Colt "Peacemaker" was the ubiquitous old west firearm, carried by Wyatt Earp, Pat Garrett, and Bat Masterson.
Our non-firing replica is authentic in all details -- heavy cast zinc construction, with an antiqued finish and polished European hardwood handle. The barrel is the short 4 ¾" "fast draw" version popular with quick draw artists.
This model is fully functional. Cock the hammer, pull the trigger, rotate the cylinder, open the loading gate and slide the spring-loaded ejection rod. The parts operate just like the original, giving this replica the look and feel of the old west!
Imported, produced in Spain by the world leader in collectible replica firearms.
Pair it with one of our Gun Belt and Holsters, available in several colors. Our Peacemaker is available in several colors.
For a more authentic look and feel, use our Dummy Cartridges inside the chamber (Cartridges can not be fired).
Our Replica Pistols are not made to hold Live or Dummy Ammunition. The chamber is much smaller and can only accommodate our Dummy Cartridges.
Please note that this replica is non-firing, and cannot be made to fire ammunition or blanks.
That sounds like something from Monty Python or The Goodies.
Check my post #76
Let me amend that. #6 was most likely a Purdey rook rifle, before some numbskull took a hacksaw to it and made it a “handgun.” A pity, that. Unmolested, it would be worth a small fortune. Now it’s just junk.
Look again, more closely. That's a six barrel pepper box . . .
