Today they are uber smart, educated AND dedicated to Discipleship and Evangelization. (the way ROME defines it...Yes.
I often wonder if Rome existed JUST for that very special time when they ruled "the world" and Jesus was born.
There could NOT have been a better vehicle for spreading Christianity. The Romans took their Christian faith everywhere.
