I seem to remember at the time this lunatic displaying the severed head of his innocent victim in the bus. How anyone who did such thing could possibly be released from custody is beyond belief. We live in evil times.

I remember passing by a gas station several years ago that was crime scene taped off. Come to find out some guy recently released from a mental hospital stabbed to death a woman who was just getting gas on her way to church.

Paranoid Schizophrenia is not really curable. They can take drugs, but it doesn’t cure them. He should at least be monitored and made to take his medicine. He should not be running around loose without supervision.
