It isn’t a real power grab - it’s their way to help Chucky Schumer and company obstruct and delay the inevitable. They’re so used to being overturned that they know their “power” is fleeting.
It IS dangerous because it sets a precedent for courts stripping the Executive branch of its Constitutional authority.

You’re right. When they lose, they get feisty and they also have prepped the courts for this time for the last 8 years. I can see why Harry Reid (that evil one) did what he did in the Senate by taking away the 60 votes for judges.
