It IS a power grab. It IS a coup by the Judicial branch on what is SOLELY Executive branch authority.

It IS dangerous because it sets a precedent for courts stripping the Executive branch of its Constitutional authority.

Did we vote for a President as a mere figurehead? NO.

I guess it is a power grab in a way - but they already know they are on the losing end of the stick. All they can do is obstruct and delay and they know it.

Trump will be wearing them out with modified versions until the whole deal is finally settled - probably wants Gorsuch in SCOTUS before it gets to them.

We need to have a constitutional amendment to remove the clause which says “the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.”
