I’m sure the wall needs to be built, but let’s not kid ourselves. We’re not making Mexico pay for it by putting a tariff (tax) on their imports because Mexico doesn’t pay for our tariffs. The American consumer does. Under that scenario, the American consumer pays for the wall. Maybe that’s OK.
The wall needs to be built and unless Mexico is somehow cowed into handing over some or all of the $21 billion, the American consumer will pay for it. So be it.
The wall will pay for itself just in saved medical costs for drug overdoses.

The purpose of this “leak” was to weaken the resolve to build the wall. They better get this started. The Rats the GOPe and the courts loading are loading the cannons to stop the wall.
The patrols can be set up and put in place before the wall is even built.
