Yeah, this is going to take some sort of brilliance or genius to get out of.
But, if he issues a blanket NO ENTRY into the USA “until legal matters and vetting procedures are settled” then he’s played it like a God.
And if anyone argues that, then just tell them to pound sand, and explain that “elections have consequences”
The judges are guilty of judicial overreach and violated the US Constitution, for which they took an oath. Congress can impeach them. The partisan hack-judge in Seattle for sure should be impeached!

I think the way to view this, is the RATS have won all their gains that America is against through tunneling under them via the Judiciary. DJT is D10’ing (look it up) on the surface and John Deere tilling them underground simultaneously.
He’s uprooting AND flattening judicial activism concurrently.
This is DJT’s Brier Patch maneuver with this EO: break up the 9th Circus. Game, set and match, checkmate, doin’ donuts, victory laps, they won’t know what hit ‘em, etc.
And he gets to fill ALL the new empty seats on the re-configured 9th.
The problem is you can’t blink / take the bait and end up in a pickle without a real plan (that I can see, they could be 3 steps ahead of everyone else).
