Best to let the “professionals” update the vetting procedures (under political appointee guidance).
Trump has a layer between him and the vetting procedures. If a lawsuit occurs, the State Department needs to tell the courts that professional experienced experts have created enhanced vetting procedures that apply to ALL countries, all foreign nationals, all religions.

It certainly was not on display tonight, this will not be solved in court. I am sorely vexed by their wimpy response to a decision they had to know was coming.
I am recently retired, so I am free if there is a march locally. (My wife is an invalid, so I can’t be travelling out of state for a march, or for anything else. I had to pass on the wedding of my niece a few weeks ago, as that was out of state.)

It’s obvious the United States and it’s political, media, educational, and economic institutions are run by a Leftist/Fascist minority that operates outside of the law and the Constitution.

Other countries (thinking of Somalia, Syria) have so little control of their countries, they can’t provide the US government with accurate info on their citizens seeking a US visa.

My preference would be he stop spending all money on refugee programs and resettlement. He could simply stop spending federal money on it. He’s going to have to use federal money as his hammer...over and over again.

They would have gone to court no matter how it was written. And in the 9th circuit.
