Page 13 seems to suggest that aliens outside of the United States have Constitutional rights. Anyone agree? Let me expand that. The entire opinion seems premised on the fiction that aliens outside of the United States have Constitutional rights.
And to think, I just wish I had Constitutional rights when I go to Mexico.

Yep. It also says, as long as you get here illegally, somehow, you are considered a US Person with full 14th Amendment protections.
No court has ever ruled that before.
