Probably 5-3 in favor of the injunction: look at Kennedy's ruling in Boumediene.

The judiciary is the Left's last line of defense. Lawsuit by lawsuit it will simply strip the executive of control over the Federal bureaucracy until the people make the "right" choice.

They may not agree with the order politically, but Supreme Court justices have too much respect for the institution to squander it’s reputation on such a weak and obviously partisan ruling.

Robart will get smacked down one way or another.
