Thanks. They ruled that enemy aliens not present in the United States have due process rights to obtain a visa and enter the country.
I would not - repeat, NOT - appeal this decision to the USSC, which could - and will - make it fixed law by a 4-4 tie.

Afraid I agree. Trump needs to find another solution.

That is where you are repeated the error that has been believed for years.
COURTS DO NOT MAKE LAW....They interpret existing law.
This is why we are living under judicial tyranny. We all, including me, believed that lie.
If they interpret the existing law as it stands, it is a clear win for Trump.

If it is fixed in law, there will be a civil war. The ruling would in fact dissolve our nation’s borders. These judges have acted to destroy the security of our nation. They are in violation of their oath to protect and defend the Republic. They should all be impeached.

"I would not - repeat, NOT - appeal this decision to the USSC, which could - and will - make it fixed law by a 4-4 tie."I agree unless he can get Neil Gorsuch sworn in and I know the Democrats are going to fight that nail and toe. By that time Presidents Trumps EO would have run out the 90 days and 180 days (I think it was)
I wonder if he rewrites it if it could pass?
