Fox News anchor Shepard Smith took a swipe at President Donald Trump and his assertion that the news media frequently under reports radical Islamic terror attacks.
Smith, a critic of the president, listed several terror attacks that were on the White House’s list of the attacks it believes weren’t reported properly and said that Fox News covered them extensively.
“The president’s assertion is false. The White House knows that it was false or could have known that it was false with a quick Google check, but either did not do so or decided not to tell the truth,” he said.
Smith brought on Wall Street Journal associate editor John Bussey to help deride the president and took another shot at President Trump before he handed the attack to his guest.
“What they’re saying is not true … Again … Why bother?” he said.

Smith often angers his Fox News audience with his contempt for the president.
In July, Smith drew the ire of Fox News fans when he scolded former Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal for saying “all lives matter.” Fans were so angry that they called for his firing in droves on social media.
After a presidential debate with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in October, Smith suggested that then candidate Trump was a fascist because he said he’d have his attorney general investigate Clinton’s use of a private email server.
Some of his other greatest hits include comparing Christians that supported County Clerk Kim Davis not issuing gay marriage licenses to supporters of Sharia law and his fervent defense of Secretary Clinton’s use of a private email server.
Smith didn’t pull any critics to his side with his newest rant.

Someone should point out to Shemp that the Trump administration is the only thing standing between us and Sharia Law. And that under Sharia Law homos are tossed off of tall buildings.
I sent an email about Shep to Fox yesterday. I told them I switch channels when he come on, which is true, I do.
Shep should be aware of a former coworker who got on Trump’s bad side BEFORE he was President.

They should have fired him after his horrible display of whinery post-Katrina.
I can live with Williams and Beckel when they are part of a panel. But Shep Smith is a news anchor. There is no room for bias there. He’s got to go.
Honestly, Shep and others, like Scott Pelley are going way over the line from journalism into hate news.
They need to be reprimanded at a minimum, or given a time out and time away from their anchor positions.

Our local Fox affiliate played a clip of Donaldus Magnus saying that murder is today at a ten-year high, then called him a liar on the basis of 2014 data.

Keep Shep as the “balanced” as we all know his spots.
Also note that the MSM didn't cover them, at all. Fox is a cable network. The majority of Americans get their news from ABC, NBC, and CBS. These networks have been revealed as the purveyor of Fake News, spun news, and agents of the DMC, and the Socialist Internationale. If the news doesn't line up with their agenda, the just ignore it.
That being said, yes Shepard Smith has repeatedly spun the news in his commentary, and should be replaced by someone who can deliver just the news, only the news, and nothing but the news, without spin.

You obviously didn’t watch him on CNN the past year. He was his usual arrogant, lying political Dem hack. He defended the indefensible, no matter how outrageous it was.I didn’t see any sign of him accepting Christ. Now he needs to change his tune because his gig on CNN is over and he needs Fox for a pay check.
Don’t be conned by this 2 faced DC criminal, 6 months from now when he starts talking about the mid-terms, you will feel foolish.
Bob the Boob and Juan are at least pundits on opinion shows. They annoy me but I’m able to justify/ tolerate their presence more easily because of the “roles” they have. Shep, on the other hand, is supposed to be anchoring the news. He needs put on a leash or taken off the air if he refuses to comply.
Just because Fox did its job, doesn’t mean the other news outlets did, and Smith knows it.
I love Fox Business, esp Stuart Varney who is a very good conservative and Trump supporter but he also has an excellent show: try it. Also Payne and Lou are good. In fact i just keep my TV on FBN.
