Marc Mezvinsky quietly shut down his hedge fund Eaglevale Partners back in December.
Bloomberg reports that Mr. Chelsea Clinton and his partners are now working to return money to investors, including Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd C. Blankfein.
The decision to shutter the fund came just a few weeks after Mezvinsky's mother-in-law Hillary lost the election to president Donald Trump.
Mezvinsky has kept a low profile ever since Hillary's loss in the election, but was photographed by DailyMail.com heading out for a weekday jog in the middle of the afternoon last week.
He and his wife are now both without a full-time job.

The failure is a huge personal blow to Mezvinsky, who is also the son of political figures, albeit less well known that his wife's famed parents.
His father, Edward Mezvinsky, represented Iowa's 1st congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives for two terms in the 1970s and his mother, Marjorie Margolies, represented Pennsylvania from 1993 to 1995.
Ed Mezvinsky pleaded guilty to 31 charges of felony fraud in 2001 and spent five years in federal prison after he admitted scamming his friends and family out of $10 million in a Ponzi scheme.

Dick Morris was speculating the other day about the strange silence lately from the Clintons and their immediate circle. He thinks they are under investigation and their lawyers have told them all to shut up.
I don’t remember the media mentioning it during the election.

Clinton told Amr, “I have repeatedly, as has the President and other officials in our government, deplored not only the content of this stupid, very offensive film… But we have to exercise more self-discipline… otherwise we’ll be in a vicious downward circle against everyone who has ever felt offended, particularly on the internet….”
After referring to Benghazi, Secy Clinton’s telephone call with then-Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohamed Amr also contained a curious reference to what the former secretary referred to as a “very successful investment visit led by my deputy Tom Nides, and on the very day they left, this series of incidents began to unfold.”
According to the Washington Post, Nides, who was deputy secretary for management and resources at the State Department, was at the same time responsible for “communications with donors” to the Clinton Foundation.
Nides was also involved in the earlier scandal involving Clinton’s efforts to provide special access to State Department officials for hedge fund clients of her son-in-law, Marc Mezvinsky.
It would be so awesome to see Chelsea actually get a taste of what life is like for ordinary people.
I still can’t get over her comment about how she just can’t bring herself to care about money. So out of touch and selfish.

Seriesly, I feel bad for these kids. Expectations and circumstances have combined to make their lives suck and it really isn’t their fault. They should move to Alaska or Idaho, teach junior high or something and create a normal life for themselves and their children. I wish them the best.
