Well, yea it is certainly better than being killed or maimed. I just think the liability itself, as things currently stand, is one of the biggest hurdles to convincing responsible people to carry.

It’s really nutty here in CA. If your property is fenced and gated, you can carry a gun on it, but not without the fencing!
