Anyone who has tried to work in construction and millwork knows that 84 undercuts their competitor pricing to contractors so much that it makes the rest of the industry wonder how 84 survives.

Companies who radically undercut mRket prices may be a front for a criminal enterprise. Two awesome sea food restaurants in St. Pete turned out to be drug distributors. A rare wood dealer in Clearwater, Fl turned out to be a cocaine important business.
