Mr. (Milo) Yiannopoulos’s appearance on Feb. 2 was abruptly cancelled when rioting broke out outside the venue where he was to speak. Black-clad anarchists broke windows, set fires, and attacked people hoping to attend the event. All of this took place as officers from the campus police department watched from inside the building.

How do they not know many of the anarchist were not University employees? The one arrested was a Berkeley University employee.

I think we identified the problem. How did this person get to the top of the police force? Affirmative action? Physical abilities? Friends of liberals in high places?
There were no excuses mentioned in the article.

As Godfrey Elfwick would say, Only minorities should be allowed to have free speech because free speech + institutional power = hate talk.
One of them I heard was better to have $100K of property damage than actually do something and be sued for a million dollars (like what happened at an Occupy protest).
Another California police department offers up lame excuses for spectating instead of policing.
Recall that police in San Jose actually channeled Trump supporters into a gauntlet and made it easy for open-minded, liberal progressives to assault them.
Police had better start doing their jobs. It’s unlikely to happen in the good part of America, but if something like this happens in a free state—peaceful citizens set upon by violent left—we will defend ourselves and it won’t just be Trump supporters’ blood shed.

Berkeley politicians sided with the rioters and may well have collaborated with them.
That’s why there was no attempt to stop the thugs from assaulting people and no attempt to arrest them.
Berkeley politicians don’t want their friends and supporters arrested.
The Trump DOJ needs to investigate the connections between Berkeley officials and the criminals. People there need to go to jail.

Bennet's failure to do her job might prevent us from ever learning who most of the rioters were, what groups they represent, and whether or not they were paid. I bet that was intentional on her part.
Berkeley’s Police should have been told the speaker was an illegal who hated Christians... and that ‘illegals’ and violent gangs needed her protection outside.
The police chief would have been ‘johnnie on the spot’... superwoman...
She knows who matters and and doesn’t... illegals MATTER. Liberals matter.
Americans who are conservative don’t matter. It’s that easy... protection for the ‘in’ groups... violence for the ‘out’ groups
