I am actually not happy about Devos. Vouchers have a way of spreading the infection to the private schools.
You take the king’s coin, you play the king’s tune. Sooner or later, the State will come in and demand that all those private schools start teaching sodomy 101 or lose the funding.
Didn’t watch but this makes me really happy.
I said on another thread, my special needs child was treated like dirt public school that supposedly has all the answers for special ed. At his new hybrid school (hybrid with homeschooling, you go to each class once a week and do the rest of the work at home), he is so happy and learning AWESOME things like how to make and program drones. All those expensive therapies for him (not for everyone) were useless. He couldn’t profit from any of their stuff. And they put him in the worst schools. In one, 95% of the students were English learners.
I loo forward to more freedom and less national forcing on states’ education systems.

You can’t always get what you want. But you can want what you get, especially in this case.
