Last week Seattle Judge Robart claimed no-one had been arrested from the seven nations that are included in President Trump’s executive order. From the hearing:
• Judge Robart: “How many arrests have there been of foreign nationals for those seven countries since 9/11?” • DOJ Attorney Michelle Bennett: “Your Honor, I don’t have that information.” • Judge Robart: “Let me tell you… The answer to that is none, as best I can tell. So, I mean, you’re here arguing on behalf of someone [President Trump] that says: We have to protect the United States from these individuals coming from these countries, and there’s no support for that.”
Judge Robart is just factually wrong.

It is the CTH’s error.
On the other hand, Robart and Robert engage in the same behavior, altering law to suit their whim. They both should be impeached.
Why is this even relevant? Did they ask Obama this question when he banned Iraqis?

Click bait, maybe? That was NOT an innocent misspelling of a name. It appears to be intentional bait-and-switch. I would have clicked in either case, so no harm to me. But the fact that it was done at all pizzes me off considerably.
Therefore, this is the reasoning for his “rational basis” decision...the fallacious belief that nobody from these countries has ever been arrested on terrorism charges.

Sundance does the homework DOJ should have done before the initial hearing. So complete, but so findable. (Sundance is so on point almost always.)
One has to wonder if still recalcitrant DOJ intentionally submarined Trump’s case.
I would have to commit suicide if I ever looked in the mirror and saw what they must see in their rare moments of clarity.
Is it standard for the judge to call himself as a witness like that?
I would have thought if the plaintiff’s attorney didn’t have the information, that the judge would hold it against the plaintiff’s attorney, not fill in the blanks as he wished.
Oh, pardon me...it was defendant’s attorney.
You can rest assured that the Left's Minions are firmly entrenched throughout the Executive Branch and will be a monumental task to "Weed Out"!
Imagine President Trump’s tweet:

My question in this whole situation was why wasn’t the person ‘representing’ in front of Judge Robart prepared???
If we as American Citizens can know who from these countries committed crimes, maybe WE should be in front of these Judges doing the work that Barky’s people can’t do!!!
I’m sure there are some people on here that could give this Judge a run for his money!!!
It was an irrelevant question.
I don’t think it was....the person should have been prepared to face the Judge, otherwise we get what we did with the Judge and his remarks...
