He’s an active duty Marine? With facial hair? He doesn’t seem to meet the weight standard either. Regardless, active duty Marines are not at liberty to publicly comment on any administrations policies, and rightly so. If he isn’t active duty, what is he?

There are different rules when you are in a combat zone. For instance, Marines overseas in combat zones DO NOT shine their boots. That’s just one example.
Check our Special Forces you will sea all types of looks. Not too long ago I went into sports bar to pick up some food to go. I looked over in the bar area while waiting for my food. There were 2 guys that in the face alone looked like Afghan Taliban. However, they were drinking beer, watching football, eating burgers and wings, very strong, had pro American tattoos. They were Special Forces in other words probably most likely on their way out. My guess was this was their last American meal before they head out.

IMO, there is a 99% chance he is inactive and a DOD contractor.
