They made sure it went through the 9th with the 4-4 SC l’d say the EO is doomed. When Trump played the game and went the appeal route instead of defying the renegade Judge it was game over.

They probably thought they would try the appeal route first and can always defy later. I would think Trump got some expert advice on this stuff. At least I hope so.

I don’t know looking at Trumps tweets he doesn’t seem like all is going to plan. He seems surprised. How could they not know they would find a leftist Judge that would steer it through the 9th trap? It’s exactly what l and many of you were expecting right?
