(AUSTIN) -- A man who had previously been deported to Mexico who is charged with kidnapping and sexual assault was arrested Thursday night by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, CBS affiliate CBS Austin reports.

Police say 46-year-old Juan Lopez of Austin was arrested without incident and charged with a pair of 1st degree felonies.

According to police, Lopez had arranged for the female victim, who he had known for over a year, to take his vehicle and keep it at her home while he left on an out-of-town job.

Police say Lopez was then to meet the victim and have her drive him to an unknown location last month.

I guess this is an illegal alien that the Sheriff won’t be protecting from our laws.

If it can be done, it should be done! They do need to know just how prevalent this stuff is!

Want statistics? Check out Fairus.org and CIS.org. They have it and have been fighting the fight for years against illegal immigration, before it was a major issue. I, also, have been on this issue since the mid-80s.

The rest of the story:

The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force says that when Lopez was arrested, he was in possession of ID from the Mexican Federal Electoral Institute bearing the name Delfino Torres-Solorio of Guerrero, Mexico.

Upon further investigation, the task force discovered that Lopez had been convicted for a homicide in Travis County in 1987 under the name Delfino Torres-Ayala and released from prison in 2009. He was then deported to Mexico.

Lopez is currently in the Travis County Jail, charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault. He also has an Immigration and Naturalization Service detainer.

The dregs of Mexican society think of the US like Disneyland.

Trump was right about the situation with Mexico.

While this country was built by immigrants, in the past we attracted the best and brightest looking to escape feudal systems. Now we increasingly attract the world’s losers, as their best and brightest remain there to run the feudal manors. As I understand it, there are some exceptions; India is one. Whatever people think of Indians here, they are usually the cream of the crop; I just don’t believe they are necessary to address any talent shortages here.

It’s disgusting and the worst part is that Austin just invites them to come back like special guests. Those people are unhinged. What it will take if one of THEIR kids gets kidnapped and raped. Maybe.

When you compare Austin in the 60s to what it is today that's a real heartbreaker.

I sometimes think it would be better just to reformat America and start over.

Change the law.

There’s no reason why illegals should have the same rights as people here legally.

He’s illegal. He commits a major felony - shoot him. There’s no reason to spent $80,000 a year keeping him in prison.
