Kellyanne Conway, the adviser to President Trump who coined the phrase alternative facts, is facing another firestorm of criticism and fact-checking after she falsely spoke of a Bowling Green massacre by Iraqi refugees. She acknowledged and corrected her mistake Friday morning on Twitter.
(snip)
Ms. Conway did not specify whether she meant an attack in Kentucky, Ohio or Downtown Manhattan, for that matter. But the closest circumstance to what she described occurred in Bowling Green, Ky., in late May 2011.
Two Iraqi citizens, Mohanad Shareef Hammadi and Waad Ramadan Alwan, were indicted on federal terrorism charges. According to a Justice Department news release from January 2013, the two men had attempted to send weapons and money to Al Qaeda in Iraq with the aim of killing American soldiers there.
Both defendants pleaded guilty to the federal charges, and Mr. Hammadi was sentenced to life in prison, while Mr. Alwan, whose fingerprints were found on an undetonated improvised explosive device in Iraq, was sentenced to 40 years in federal prison, with a life term of supervised release.
Assistant Attorney General Lisa Monaco said at the time, These two former Iraqi insurgents participated in terrorist activities overseas and attempted to continue providing material support to terrorists while they lived here in the United States. With todays sentences, both men are being held accountable....

Yeah, it’s the duck thing that most lesser practitioners of the sciences and dark arts miss. :)
Very small rocks.
I got better.
And how do you KNOW she’s a witch? LOLOL!!!
Kellyanne Conway is EFFECTIVE. They want her out of the way.
I really wouldn't be surprised if some Leftie whacknut [which is most of them] tried to assassinate her.
Which would be a REALLY REALLY bad idea.
That would get my inner Huckleberry right up.
joesbucks has a "thing" about strong, effective conservative women.
It's routinely trashed Sarah Palin in the past, so expect it to do the same to Kellyanne.

Kellyanne Conway and the terror attack that never happened
Stelter: Will Trump give Conway the leniency he won’t give the media?
What actually happened in Bowling Green
Chelsea Clinton: ‘Don’t make up attacks’
Internet mocks ‘alternative facts’
Conway: Media is ‘inciting mob mentality’ with their coverage
So there was a terrorist attack at Bowling Green. Rather then questioning why Obama allowed this to happen they question Kellyanne for confusing some of the minute detail of the case.
Go to hell liberal scum .,
And the media knew it was a lie, and did not care.
Are you aware that there was no terrorist attack at Bowling Green? Perhaps you’re being sarcastic, but it can be hard to tell here.
“My muslim faith”.

(Don’t remember the press squealing over that one.)
Reporter: "500,000 people died in Beaverton due to the dam collapsing, which is pretty amazing considering that there are only 5000 people in Beaverton. There is rampant looting and murder going on now."
Newscaster: "Have you seen the looting and murder ?"
That is true. Nothing wrong with pointing out a fact.
The fact that she has admitted the error is what is important. It can now be assumed that she is human.
I think there is a big difference between making a mistake and intentionally doing WRONG.
Again, not saying she should be fired, only pointing out she wants held to a lower standard.

Not if you are an R
The President Trump team has got to quit putting themselves in the line of fire like this.
If they drop a comma, period or question mark, pause at the ‘wrong’ time, ‘smile’ at the wrong time, some hack is going to blow it up and attempt to ‘crucify’ them with it.
DON’T GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY.
BUT it must be stressed - YOU don’t want a ‘fair’ press, you want an HONEST press.
Remember the ‘rumor’ that certain agencies paid people to go over the R Limbaugh tapes on a daily basis to see if he made one wrong statement or ‘missed’ something.
CUT THEM OFF. Entirely.
