They were not rioting, and in fact had not broken any laws.

If you can't see the similarity about what you are advocating, Federal government intervention on protesters and the gross abuse of Federal Government forces against innocent citizens at both Ruby Ridge and Waco then there is no use in even discussing this with you............

What makes you think that under a left wing administration that a patriotic organization such as the Tea Party wouldn't be considered an anti-American hate group and subject to such abuse?

You really don't get it do you?

The crimes of the Berkeley thugs mirror those of Burn Loot Murder and are diametrically opposite the actions of the Weavers, Davidians, Tea Party. Conflating these distracts from the critical issue: the Four-Year War on Trump--and the Republic--has been declared by mercenary Bolsheviks.

Tabasco, we have people being killed, property being destroy, and anarchy on the streets of our nation. Events, people's homes, our airports, and other things and places are being adversely affected. The longer we let this take place, the more it's going to grow. People see no down-side to anarchy. It's a free for all!

They were not rioting, and in fact had not broken any laws.

If you can't see the similarity about what you are advocating, Federal government intervention on protesters and the gross abuse of Federal Government forces against innocent citizens at both Ruby Ridge and Waco then there is no use in even discussing this with you...

Ask yourself this. Had we been using the National Guard in the years preceding Ruby Ridge and Waco? Of course the answer is no. The Left doesn't limit itself to what we hve done. It does what it likes. Right now it likes rioting and race wars in the streets, with impunity. It has it. Why? Because we don't put an end to it.

It is not my fault that charges were never leveled at federal agents who killed men women and children at Ruby Ridge and Waco. There were plenty of grounds for it.

Right now, would it be illegal to use the National Guard to put an end to anarchist activity? The National Guard is exactly what is called for here. It's a national problem taking place in numerous cities and states.

What makes you think that under a left wing administration that a patriotic organization such as the Tea Party wouldn't be considered an anti-American hate group and subject to such abuse?

They are not breaking any laws. You can't see any difference between what the folks did last night, and what the Tea Party people engage in? Seriously?

You really don't get it do you?

One of us doesn't.

I got a bad feeling about this one. Wonder if they got stand down orders.

Of late, the protests at Milo's appearances have had minimal police protection. Even though the Republican clubs have been told they had to pay extra for protection. Imagine that having to pay extra to be protected.

Since the first rallies for Trump in the election cycle, the police allowed the protesters to do whatever they wanted.

Something is up, and I would like to see some heads role for allowing the Right to be assaulted or worse at will with no repercussions.

I know that when Milo was talking to Tucker last night, Tucker was curious about the lack of police in all the videos released. Will have to see what Milo has to say tonight with Tucker.

I thought I saw some officers on the second floor of the facility the rioters were attacking last night. I thought I saw some rifles in their hands, but that may not be accurate. It was hard to tell.

They may have been over by the press too, behind the cameras.

They are not breaking any laws.

What laws were Randy Weaver convicted of that called for the murder of his wife, his son and his dog at the hands of the Federal Government?

What laws did the Branch Dividians break that justified Janet Reno and the Federal justice department's ordered slaughter of over 80 innocent men, women and children?

There’s walking across the street in a cross-walk. There’s walking across the street by J-Walking.

What you are asking me to sign on to, is never issuing another J-Walking ticket, on the premise officers will start writing tickets to people properly using the cross walk.

I believe that most American realize there were big problems with the Ruby Ridge and Waco incidents.

I’m not going to allow anarchy in the streets, because the government may abuse power in another situation.

It would not be an abuse of power to surround and arrest every one of these rioters. Put their little names in a database. Those who were deemed NOT to be guilty of rioting or other crimes could be let go. I would make it very clear to them, even if they weren’t committing crimes the next time, if they were attending a riot situation and watching as others committed crimes, they would be arrested and serve the same penalties as those rioting.

Those who were found to be committing acts of violence against people or property, would get the maximum time allowed. They would not be allowed out on bail.

Further, if one of those guys rioting in black pajamas with 4-5’ poles came up to me and raised it, I’d shoot the rat bastard dead on the spot.

What’s more, I wouldn’t lose a moments sleep over it.

No I'm not, go back to my original comment and take it from there............You're the one who escalated the argument and kept moving the goal posts. I merely provided arguments against each statement you made............

Specifically my post #37 in which you responded in #38 that you have no problem with the President, aka the Federal Govt., stepping in.

So you have no problem with the violation of the Posse Comitatus Act just as long as it's not violated by an Obama or leftist controlled government right?

Hypocrisy should not be a characteristic of our side of the political aisle........

When our citizens are out of control and the police can’t handle it, what is your solution to get things back under control?

Is it your take these people should be able to destroy half a city, because we can’t bring the National Guard out against “CITIZENS”?

That’s patently absurd.

What happens when these little bastards figure out they can arm themselves and kill people easier, since nobody will stop them?

I don’t advocate for bringing out the National Guard easily, but this is open rebellion.

What happens if they take the capital? No National Guard?

What happens if they walk into a shopping center and capture 500 citizen? No National Guard?

What about them pulling a play where they can block off all exits to a sports arena? No National Guard?

Why yes, lets just let them kill 10,000. We wouldn’t want to violate Posse Comitatus.

Sorry, I’m not buying in. There are times when things are bad enough, you need to bring in people who are capable of putting an insurrection down.
