I'm not a lawyer and don't play one on t.v. (ha,ha), but it sounds like 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations WON'T be able to engage in opposition political speech which could theoretically affect the results of the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election without risking their nonprofit status. Sounds to me like he's taking their Alinsky's Rules for Radicals, turning it around, and using it against the Left.
