We have more guns and better shooters.
But without complete anarchy (undesirable, and improbable) - they have the courts and the police, the news media and the churches.
They will use warfare against us, and use lawfare for defense.
It’s not going to be as easy as you think.
If it gets to THAT point, I rather suspect we’ll be dealing with responses on the order of highly-mobile sniper teams countering “warfare” from the Left... ala Matt Bracken:

this can’t be emphasized enough...the cops will stand by watching lefties ‘emoting’, but at the first sign of push back they will quickly move to quash it...
