Senate Dems will have 24 seats to defend in 2018, several in states Trump either carried or did very well in, and by ‘18 will have benefitted from his term in office. Judge Gorsuch was approved for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit by a Senate vote of 100-0. How do they now oppose him? Because they are having a hissy fit at the man who’s nominated him?
