During the campaign, I had deep questions about Trump the nominee. But he gradually overcame my doubts on almost every issue, and the naming of Gorsuch as his nominee makes me very happy, and yes, proud, to have voted for Mr. Trump in November.
Thank you, Mr. President, for delivering Constitutionalists a nominee we can really get behind. You are a man of your word!

I’m thinking any Schumer filibuster is DOA.
There are a lot of vulnerable Democrats that will at least need to thread the needle and force a vote (although I only see a couple of them actually voting to confirm him). Being obstructionist will be political suicide for them in 2018 if they represent a red or even light blue state.
