Drudge slams GOP Congress for making Trump 'do everything alone'
The Hill ^ | 01/30/2017 | JOE CONCHA

Drudge Report founder Matt Drudge slammed the GOP-led Congress in a rare tweet Monday, accusing the party's lawmakers of hanging President Trump "out to dry" on issues like taxes and ObamaCare.

"Congress hanging The Donald out to dry. Making him do everything alone! Despicable. No tax cuts, no Obamacare repeal. NOTHING," wrote Drudge, an ardent Trump supporter.

It’s February tomorrow, and we have NO SECRETARY OF STATE OR ATTORNEY GENERAL! It’s as if the Dems run the Senate! Mitch McConnell is truly despicable. Trump must make him pay.

Trump is fulfilling his promises & saving the country......don’t look for ‘flinch’ McConnell or ‘cry’n’ Ryan to actually understand that the GOPe’s lack of genuine opposition to Obama’s liberal takeover is why Trump supporters are so loyal.

We need GOP leaders who are not passive wimps in the Senate & House....

“... It’s February tomorrow ...”
-
It is already February where I am.
The democrats need to go ahead and approve the nominees
or else President Trump will run it all on his own.

But what did he do? Nothing!

Bush did worse than nothing. Remember the ridiculous "Plame Affair"? The U.S. Attorneys? Bush just let everyone roll over him.

Maybe ‘timid coward’ is too strong of a descriptor for ‘Flinch’ McConnell.... or ‘Cry’n’ Ryan....?

Did either of those designated losers to Obama’s subversive agenda ever decide to actually support Trump in the General Election...?

Trump should tell the Senate they have 28 hours to nuke the filibuster or he will pass and executive order that they must all move their offices to Bowling AFB and live in pup tents ...or some shiit like that.

if the repubs don’t nuke the filibuster this week, its because they are NOT WITH TRUMP. PERIOD.

We should do what the leftist activists do, pick a couple of targets and relentlessly pound on them until they crumble.

How about CNN for starters? I wish I was just 5 years younger. to hound them till kingdom come would be such a joy. BTW the reason you don't see the right protesting for the most part is because they are working 2 jobs to pay for obamacare for the masses.

Any chance we could call out Sarah Palin to lead some protests?

“BTW the reason you don’t see the right protesting for the most part is because they are working 2 jobs to pay for obamacare for the masses.”

True, and it’s not really in our genes to be a nuisance, we’re too polite and considerate.

But there comes a time when if you don’t rise up and get into a-holes faces, you just end up getting rolled. This may just be the time for us to get off our asses.

Elections to these thugs mean nothing. They, with the help of the media, think they can steamroll us, election or not.

With Trump we have a lion with backbone and with an agenda that we’re excited about. We better not squander this moment and let the hyenas wear him down.

We need to let him know loud and clear that his supporters are still there watching his back.

That would definitely do the trick if there’s someone here that can get ahold of her.

The Republicans at the state level have more balls when it comes to actual governing.

It now apppears that an Article V Convention of the States is in order. The reversal of the 17th Amendment would be a great start.

“Congress? And what about us, the rank and file - where are we???”

“We’ve got to realize that winning an election is only half the battle, winning the propaganda war is even more important.”

You are so right. I suppose we need to start with stiffening our own spines. There were so many rallies for President Trump so there are numbers. Social media is another area to wade into the battle.

They pretended they were supporting Trump eventually, but their comments showed they were working against him. I doubt they voted for him. It's very important that we replace them before Trump leaves office. We can't afford having the establishment regain control of the party after Trump like they did after Reagan.
