Best coffee I ever had was from Venezuela. They never grew it for export. It was only available from small farms. I got some from a college exchange student whose father grew it.

That is the case with really good coffee beans.
I had some in Costa Rica that were so mellow you could chew them.
When brewed they were divine.

A woman I worked with went to Venezuela and asked me if I wanted anything. I asked her to bring back some coffee. She did. A jar of Nescafe instant.
