I have spent my entire confetti budget for the year and January isn't even over yet.

Scissors. Color comic section from Sunday paper and colorful junk mail. Chop finely and bag for future use.

Do they even have a color comic section any more? We cut the newspaper out five-six years ago.

Now, junk mail I have. If business picks up I will have to up the confetti budget. Maybe get some of that fancy vanilla scented stuff.
