They are basically handcuffed into the corner. They have to spend via the EU....three billion Euro a year as “gift-money” to the Turkish government to hold back the rest of the group. On any given day....Erdogan could say enough....and let a million refugees go.
Every single silver bullet has been used in getting three billion Euro deal to occur via the 28 EU member states. Over half of the membership now has zero interest in taking any additional refugees and the political stance is going right-wing.
