Council American-Islamic Relations announced an intention to sue President Donald Trump over his executive order banning most immigrants from Syria, and other countries that lack certain vetting standards and have issues with terrorism. Overnight, refugees who were in the air on the way to the United States are now being detained, and have also filed legal actions. The ban is perceived by some as a partial Muslim ban. Either way, at any trial, the law supports Trump’s order, and CAIR or others are likely to lose, completely, conclusively and quickly.

CAIR IS a terrorist organization. President Trump needs to declare it as such.
8 USC § 1182(f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President
Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. Whenever the Attorney General finds that a commercial airline has failed to comply with regulations of the Attorney General relating to requirements of airlines for the detection of fraudulent documents used by passengers traveling to the United States (including the training of personnel in such detection), the Attorney General may suspend the entry of some or all aliens transported to the United States by such airline.
How does this work if the Attorney General to be, is still in committee hearings??

I was hoping he’d declare CAIR (and the Muslim Brotherhood) a terrorist org before the Muslim ban.
I know it’s being debated internally within the administration but it’s pretty obvious when you examine the ties that that they really should not be operating within our borders.

You think the activist, left wing, Obama appointed judges are going to let Trump do this?
The presidential part applies to classes of people. No AG involvement is required. The AG part only applies to airlines.

That’s my read as well. The AG is only charged with going after non compliant airlines.
If Trumps election, and first two weeks as President have taught America anything it is that politicians are not fit to be President.
Lawsuit will be dismissed. It’s just fodder for the MSM to try to make Trump, his supporters, and the right look bad in general.
They won’t report on the lawsuit being dismissed of course.
Fox’s report on the airport demonstrations, did not sound very favorable to President Trump’s EO. Expect blow-back in 3, 2 ....

President Trump needs to update his executive order—(1) anyone in transit will be given expedited consideration before being returned, and, (2) expand the list to include all Islamic majority countries and their allies, like France and Germany. I find it objectionable that Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and even India were not on the list. Okay, India is not Islamic majority, but many are. Until H1B and L1 visa holders are sent home, they should be put on same list.
There’s always an Attorney General, Secretary of Defense, etc.. On January 20, Sally Yates was promoted from Deputy Attorney General to “Acting” Attorney General. Done.
Remember the Patriot act? Invoke it. And stop Soros demonstrations, must be costing him lots of money for his ginned up crowds. Rent a mob.
