Libraries are meant to be a bastion of peace and quiet, so when these noisy protesters interrupted the silence, one student took it upon himself to shut them down.

The "library guy" is probably an international student, here legally, whose parents are sacrificing a lot of $$ for his education in the U.S.
It is quite ironic that the protesters (allegedly U.S. citizens) who care so much about "social justice" are there in a library disturbing people's right to study, and the "non-citizen" has to put them in their place.
He’s worth a hundred of those skanks in the video.
