A Massachusetts man was charged with hate crimes after he threatened an airline worker at Kennedy International Airport who was wearing a head scarf, kicked her and told her “Trump is here now” and “he will get rid of all of you,” officials said on Thursday.
The man, Robin A. Rhodes, 57, of Worcester, Mass., arrived from Aruba on Wednesday night and was awaiting a connecting flight to Massachusetts when he approached the worker, Rabeeya Khan, in the Delta Air Lines Sky Club lounge at Terminal 2 between 7:10 p.m. and 9:45 p.m., the Queens district attorney, Richard A. Brown, said in a statement on Thursday. Ms. Khan wore a head scarf known as a hijab.

All the blacks that get shot and killed in Chicago, is that a “love” or “like a little” or “dislike” crime?
Are their lives so worthless that a person getting kicked is more important to report than a black person getting killed?
There are few things that grate me more than to arrive at any international airport in the US or Canada (and I expect most of Europe) and see how 90% of the workers in security, ground crews, baggage, car rentals, maintenance, are either Middle Eastern or Indian (mostly Pakistani muslims). If the winds turn in an ugly direction, to borrow from the Great Zero, the western world has already ensured that the air transportation system can be immediately ground to a halt by muslims that were invited here under the pretence of “diversity”. The level of sheer stupidity and gross negligence by western governments is astounding.

OK,assuming that that's an accurate account of the event then it strongly suggests that he *didn't* have just cause to inflict harm.So...guilty on assault and/or battery and maybe other things as well.
But,as I said,not guilty on anything that amounts to a "hate crime".I totally,absolutely reject the moral validity of all "hate crime" laws.
You just don’t go kicking people except in self-defense. Unless she attacked first or the accusation is false, he deserves to pay the price.

However, there is a 100% that after the Queens County DA is done with Mr. Rhodes, he will be bankrupt.
