This is where corporations can trim the fat. Eliminate the "Social Responsibility" and "Diversity and Inclusion" piffle and staff related to those activities. The focus should be offering a product or service to the public at a competitive price.

It’s too late as they have already gone to the trough and memories concerning this issue are long-standing. Not that I will miss this particular restaurant as I’m not partial to fast food on a plate but in business you never get a second chance to make a good first impression and I think that the impression they have left by the original decision will not fare well for this company.
