If they narrowed it down to Dallas, I bet they do have her name and the school(s) involved.
In the meantime, ‘Dallas’ could possibly mean the City of Dallas or almost anywhere in the Dallas/Fort-Worth area depending on who is reporting. Doubt this happened in my kids schools, but I damn sure want to know.
