Federal troops to patrol the streets? How can any fed prevent gang violence?
I would think that any law enforcement agency not bound by black’s demands for preferential treatment, and not answerable to the likes of black mayors (Ferguson, Chicago, etc), could make a huge difference.
What is your source that claims troops?
