Exactly. If youre playing with your friends on FB or Twitter at work...you dont have enough to do or you arent performing.
I think this has more to do with preventing EPA employees from publicly opposing President Trump's actions or lying about them to the press or on social media than it does about wasting time on the govt dime. I mean really, aren't we generally better off when EPA employees are doing nothing?

I think that there is another element to this. The Feds in general seem to have some serious issues with cyber security and leaks. Getting a handle on it will involve coming up with rules and procedures that people will actually follow, and until that happens the less said by butthurt Hillary supporters the better.
The swamp dwellers voted overwhelmingly for Hillary, many feel they are on the way out and may do stupid stuff before they get axed. It’s just good policy dealing with the reality of the situation, something we are going to have to get used to again.
